  10. The standard way to refer to citizens of Russia is "Russians" in English and rossiyane (Russian: россияне) in Russian.

  2. The prime minister of Russia, is the head of the Russian government.
  3. Prime minister is also the chief executive of the Russian Cabinet and the second most powerful figure of the Russian Federation.
  4. The official residence of the prime minister is Gorki-9 in Odintsovsky District, Moscow.
  5. But his/her (P.M) working residence is in Moscow.
  6. Under Article 24 of the Federal Constitutional Law 'On the Government of the Russian Federation', the prime minister "heads the Government of the Russian Federation".
